In his speech, President Gao Wei elaborated on what he had done and what he thought about the dissemination of Chinese culture from four aspects. First of all, he insisted that overseas Chinese adhere to the concept of respect, tolerance, harmony and coexistence in their mindset,andheshared a lot in terms of cultural integration that one should not be too arrogant of theiroriginalculture and despise the mainstream culture where they live in. Secondly, spread culture with a more acceptable and accessible way by the mainstream society in daily practices. Thirdly, when it comes to social interaction, specific actions should be done to display the charm of Chinese culture and civilization. By educating, guiding and encouraging the next generation to inherit and practice Chinese culture in their family. Fourthly, being more confident, learn and master the broad and profound Chinese culture, neither overbearing nor servile, contribute to Cultural inheritance, dissemination and pleasant communication.
